Protection against Cross-Site Scripting
This is an excerpt I wrote for system administrators with customization procedures to protect their systems from XSS-style attacks. I worked with engineers to understand the problem and the solution, then I wrote and organized this entire section using Framemaker 7.1. Internationalization of Web Portal
This piece is a mostly-completed draft version of a new feature that I documented for a web portal, explaining to system administrators how they can provide I18N support for the portal. The documentation is incomplete because when I published the document, certain features had yet to be developed. I wrote this entire section using Framemaker 7.2. This document is designed for public release, but for security purposes, I have removed information that would identify the products or company involved.
TALL Activity Documentation

This is one of over 100 documents that detail the design of activities in TALL (Technology Assisted Language Learning). This project was designed in HTML, and I later converted it to RoboHelp. Note that some portions of this document have been removed because of non-disclosure agreements. I was the writer and layout designer for this project.

This document is a Frequently Asked Questions document created for TALL end-users. This project was designed in HTML to be viewed as part of TALL’s help system. I was the compiler, editor, and layout designer for this project.

Created as a school project, this document outlines a project proposal by a fictitious company, KumoWeb. The proposal is for web design services for Country Roads Realty. This was not a group project, so I was responsible for all aspects of this document, including graphics, layout, and content.
